He really did a good job, but I was not pleased with the results. He brought a new keyboard, I am not happy with the feel of it. He also changed a sound input at my request. I decided I was not happy with it, and he changed it back for me.

Reinstallation of wrong Windows 10 on HP Computer

I know the damage too my computer was at the hands of someone at Best Buy and or Geek Squad! I know longer can trust your IN- Store- Geek Squad Service.!
