The agent set up the installed the EERO 6+ mesh system to extend our home internet reception. He was meticulous and very neat working in some very crowded areas. The system has worked flawlessly and we are delighted with our improved signal.

Our Geek is really good, knowledgeable and efficient. He takes the time to answer all our questions. Our chief complaint has to do with not being able to call our store and get good information. The National number does not help us much at all.

I purchased a new Apple Mac Desktop from Best Buy and Tyler from Geek Squad helped me set it up at my home after the old computer had been transferred to the new one at the store...I am completely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend Tyler as the best Geek Squad person to assist us when needed...

Person was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable! He was able to adjust my computer around the Google Update which blocked my email and other apps. That required going into Google Search and entering! He mentioned rebooting my TV by unplugging and that worked!

Brian was very friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. he explained the Webroot to me in terms that I understood very well.

Timothy did an excellent job of getting my pc “unstuck” & getting my printer up & running. Also installed anti virus protection for me & ordered an ink cartridge for me. So pleased with him & with Best Buy. Thanks a lot!

Jeffrey made a home visit to help with connectivity issues with my laptop and was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful of my little techy knowledge! All problems resolved quickly.

Adam moved our tv from the living room to the den and attached a antenna. He checked out our viewing preference and set the tv to it. He was neat and tidy clean up and helped me set the tv stand under the tv. Really a great service that Best Buy and the Geek Squad provide. We could not be more content.

Agent installed a converter to allow me to access local tv from an old antenna on the roof. Work was done quickly with explanation of how to use the remote for the device with the one for tv to bring in reception. Agent was businesslike, friendly, professional, on time, knowledgeable and communicative. Maintained covid safety protocol at all times.
