Great guy

He was helpful on a number of corrections and redid much of what I already performed which was not necessary. The catch is Istill have major issues with my network. Chris suggested I get AT&T out and have them check the feed in and out of my home. I did and it was fine. Now I am constantly rebooting my router (Netgear 8000) and I have caused other problems do to the router going off line and not identifying it is off line.

The Geek Squad No Call No Show

No one showed up or called to communicate that they would be late. I can tolerate a technician's busy schedule and a late arrival. No one called, no one showed up. I canceled my order two hours after the latest expected arrival time. I enjoy shopping at Best Buy in Selma, Texas. If your Geek Squad at this location isn't going to communicate with customers who anxiously need their advertised service, then shut it down and replace the Geek Squad with a coffee bar. Fix computer & cell phone capability to print

He was able to fix the computer printing to the printer but unable to fix the phone's capability of printing. 50% of problem was fixed.
