    Chris came on time and was courteous and nice. He had a grasp on what he should know. He was helpful on a number of corrections and redid much of what I already performed which was not necessary. The catch is Istill have major issues with my network. Chris suggested I get AT&T out and have them check the feed in and out of my home. I did and it was fine. Now I am constantly rebooting my router (Netgear 8000) and I have caused other problems do to the router going off line and not identifying it is off line.
