    Agent checked the internet connection and replaced connection wire to improve internet signal to the modem. He left and still had problems. Bend Broadband, on phone call, said to check and reboot my routers. I rebooted routers and modem and now everything works fine. The problem was in the routers wireless signal not transmitting the signal strength to our wireless devices in the house.
