    Geek Squad has not been able to successfully address and complete my home computer needs. In an area where I would expect a higher level of expertise, the service I got - while friendly and professional - did not get the job done. In fact, the networking changes actually created more problems that I had to seek professional assistance through another company to correct. Your guys need more training.
