understanding changes encountered in Word program

However, in demonstrating the transfer of files and functioning of Word (changes from what I had been using for well over twenty years) he was much too quick and I was unable to fully comprehend his guidance. A session at a slower pace would be very helpful.

Unacceptable Support Changes

Polite, knowledgable and friendly. Cust. Service was tewrrible. I had membership with Best Buy Total, paid $179 for it and was still active. Unfortunately, I had to pay an additiobnal $103.99 in order to have a tech come out. Supposedly a new rules! I feel cheated, considering I paid a total of $283 for that single visit. Ironically, I received an email for signing up again for the Best Buy Total for another $179. After the treatment I received this April, I cancelled the account and Best Buy doesn't seem to care. I'm done with Best Buy!

Still Learning on My Own

Online purchase of a cable for new iPad had to be returned as it was not the correct cable for this ipad. Tech did get printer back on line and did insert new iPad into Otterbox which is very lightweight, yet protective.
