    Was not taught how to open new iPad or correct scan pop up when trying to fill in a required field. Online purchase of a cable for new iPad had to be returned as it was not the correct cable for this ipad. Tech did get printer back on line and did insert new iPad into Otterbox which is very lightweight, yet protective.

    I had an order for an in-home service call from the Geek Squad for 2 1/2 weeks and received a text that said I’m here. This is a man’s name and I was looking out the window and nobody was there and when I followed the link online it says oh you need to schedule an appointment I had an appointment. I returned from out of state to be able to be here for that appointment then I held on the phone for 30 minutes and talk to two different people who could not help me. Had to reschedule the appointment. Totally totally bad service.
