The agent was knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue right away. He had a couple of suggestions to fix my hardware issue right away. It turned out to be a simple fix with a cable I already had. He connected the cable to bypass the internal card problem. Problem solved, in about 10 minutes. He also resolved a couple of minor software issues I was having, in another few minutes. "WOW"... I was so pleased!

the agent was wonderful. He very patiently fixed my internet radio which he hadn't seen before and needed to research a bit, but made it work again. I am a senior and depend on THAT radio for my peace and comfort. He also helped us with a very simple issue on the cell phone.
