Ron was knowledgeable, directly got to the source of the problem, downloaded to my computer a helpful app, seems to have solved the problem for now, was friendly and informative.

the agent was wonderful. He very patiently fixed my internet radio which he hadn't seen before and needed to research a bit, but made it work again. I am a senior and depend on THAT radio for my peace and comfort. He also helped us with a very simple issue on the cell phone. He told us how updates change things without informing the customer-- so now we can actually answer it. Geek squad has been wonderful for us seniors for as long as it has existed. Thank you
