It is working beautifully now with great picture and sound. He also simplified the remotes so there is much less confusion about their use. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain things clearly.

70 year old messes up computer right before taxes!

Once I realized I was I was only making my computer problems worse...I called for a professional. Kevin, from Geek Squad, came to rescue me and my computer. He fairly quickly diagnosed and fixed my frustrating computer problems and took time to answer my many questions and even left me step by step directions.
