Geek Squad in-home tech was excellent. Appreciated his knowledge. Only problem was the Best Buy store did not transfer everything from old desktop to new but the in-home tech tried his best to recover most of it, except the email addressbook but I returned it and soon will pick it up with full addressbook recovered.

The agents installed my ring camera and doorbell and they were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and even provided me with some advice.

The Geek squad came to my house and quickly installed Webroot for me. Appreciate the service at home and very nice, efficient person who came to take care of the problem.

In store agent corrected my problems with my laptop and iPad including the renewal of my Webroot program and educating me on iPad use to clear programs in order to properly download email. This is the 4th or 5th appointment with a Geek agent, in store and at home, and each visit has been a new learning experience for me. Visits have been on time and usually completed in a minimum amount of time.

Justin is a good technician. He is caring , his knowledge is excellent. He knows the products and I just want to say thank you for helping me troubleshoot.

Cam, was very professional and easy to understand! He didn't talk above you, he talked to you. He should be in training, he would be excellent.

Nate had solve my major problems several weeks ago sooooo when he came last week (?) soooooooooooo when he came he watched me use the computer/made a slight correction and that was that.......he is a WHIZ when it comes to explanations....he makes them simple and easy ...........

Frank, technician was able to solve my problem of Windows Script Host - 2 different messages. Frank was very diligent in checking all places the rascal could be hiding to be sure the problem was solved. The former remote technician gave up, nor did he refer me to a more experienced technician. I now know exactly what to look for in remote help & in this case requesting an in home visit was more helpful.

The agent was knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue right away. He had a couple of suggestions to fix my hardware issue right away. It turned out to be a simple fix with a cable I already had. He connected the cable to bypass the internal card problem. Problem solved, in about 10 minutes. He also resolved a couple of minor software issues I was having, in another few minutes. "WOW"... I was so pleased!

Doug was outstanding. He was very thorough and a great persosnality...he should be the role model for the rest of your service people....thanks Doug for a job well done.....

I have used the Geek Squad a number of times. They service my laptop, printer, cell phone and tablet. They have always managed to figure the issue in a short amount of time. Well worth the money!

The agent helped me with my computer. He helped me update it. He answered several of my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

The agent, Shawn Bryson, got my PC communicating with my HP printer. I don't know what caused the problem, but I do know that I am grateful Shawn was able to resolve it quickly. Shawn is efficient, professional and yet, very personable. G

Crystal was wonderful. Listened to my problems with the printer, showed me how to use some features and did so at a pace that allowed me to follow what she was doing.

The agent did a great job of connecting Alexa in my living room and bedroom lamps. He was patient and clearly explained the process/directions should there be an issue in the future.
