Ian was our installer - he’s been here multiple times and is our “go-to” Geek Squad member - - always EXCELLENT service….

Crystal was wonderful. Listened to my problems with the printer, showed me how to use some features and did so at a pace that allowed me to follow what she was doing.

Geek Squad in-home tech was excellent. Appreciated his knowledge. Only problem was the Best Buy store did not transfer everything from old desktop to new but the in-home tech tried his best to recover most of it, except the email addressbook but I returned it and soon will pick it up with full addressbook recovered.

Doug was outstanding. He was very thorough and a great persosnality...he should be the role model for the rest of your service people....thanks Doug for a job well done.....

Set up Windows 11 so I could find things and made me comfortable with it before he left.

After the dishwasher displayed an error code not in the manual, I called and scheduled a visit. The technician phoned me ahead of time, we talked, and he told me that the error code indicated a potential leak. I plugged the unit back in and was able to run a couple of loads before the repair visit. At the visit, we discussed the issue, pulled the unit out and examined the area below the wash chamber. There was not an active leak but there was evidence that there had been water down there. Nice friendly discussion provided information on how to load and utilize the washer to prevent further problems. We have not had any further issues.

Agent Russell did a great job, explaining what was needed and very professional in his manner. He did the job with care and expertise. I will request him again.

I had some changes on my computer that I didn't understand and Gabriel made the adjustments and explained what had happened. He is very efficient and good at what he does.
