New policy for home computer service.

We were very pleased until our last call for home service. The system seems to have changed and they wanted 103 dollars before coming. Then the credit card we used was used for many purchases. Breakfast in Atlanta some charges in Florida. Had to close our account. A questionable change!!!!!!!!!!!!

He arrived on time, followed safety protocols and was very friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain everything about my new sound bar and TV. I will use them again!

Excellent Geek Technician

Sadly, I needed a new computer; but the good thing is that he helped me pick one out and order it. The "in home" Geek Squad techs are much better and nicer than the in store ones. I just wish you hadn't made it so difficult to get a tech to my home.
