Michael helped me with my computer and made me aware my hard drive was on the brink! He was helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

Agent Glenn set up our new HP and made sure we had shortcuts to our apps and programs and that everything was working at the end of his visit. We appreciate his knowledge and expertise. We cannot live with our Geek Squad Support!!

All Went well. They installed the frig and were out in a short time. They were helpful in removing the old frig and installing the new one. They were pleasing in their dealing with me which is what I want in people I deal with.

The geek squad fixed my computer back too normal after an Apple update had rearranged everything and shrunk all of my icons. I can't thank them enough for their patience and expertise.

I had two visits. One to adjust some features on my TV and the other to install Norton on one of my computers. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. A "Grade A" experience.

Squad members were courteous, friendly and very professional. They quickly diagnosed the issues at hand and fixed them promptly.

Fortunately one of the services I bought included geek squad..I couldn't even keep up with what they were asking me to do so they set up an appointment and came to do it for me ..I can't say that I now know how to do everything in all the devices I bought. But I can definitely do the things that I intended to do when I got them

The agent was so very friendly and helpful. He explained what was happening to my computer and printer. Unfortunately it worked while he was here, but the same problem reoccurred the next time I sat down at my computer and tried to print.

Above and beyond helpful! I was concerned that my time was limited to only 40 minutes so I did have all or most of my questions written down. Very good idea! And it was very helpful with all new information being given, to have written the information and added tips in my book! Hard to remember all new information so referencing the notes later was a great help! And we did my pre-created questions and more as new ones came up too. He was very kind, personable and helpful. I will be calling again as I gain in skills!
