Above and beyond helpful! I was concerned that my time was limited to only 40 minutes so I did have all or most of my questions written down. Very good idea! And it was very helpful with all new information being given, to have written the information and added tips in my book! Hard to remember all new information so referencing the notes later was a great help! And we did my pre-created questions and more as new ones came up too. He was very kind, personable and helpful. I will be calling again as I gain in skills!

PC work, they are always great and helpful. I bring my sons PC in around every three months to have it checked for any virus and just to make sure it stays running the best it can.

the person that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was suppose to be able to pick up the product I ordered at the local store. It was shipped though and had to wait. That was the down side because I needed right away.
