I was very satisfied with my tech Joesph T he was great . We did have to wait for best buy to schedule the initial appoint two weeks but or tech was great his first visit he told us the part that went bad the second visit he installed . He made it very convenient after such a long wait from best buy. My daufhter is now doing her virtual school with no problem. Thank you!

Geek Squad looked at computer, solved problem, and gave me advice for future problems.

The agent, Raymond, helped me with questions about my laptop. The only thing I was disappointed about is that Total Tech will no longer allow free home visits for assistance. I pay more since it changed from Geek Squad and removed the free visits. If it costs more, rather than taking away items, they should have just added more things.

Matt was very helpful in getting the mess straightened out caused by the in-store Geek Squad members who apparently believe that everyone is born with a cell phone and apps in their hands. He worked through the email problems and was able to get things working again. Had the tech support rep in India been more knowledgeable I could have avoided some of the problems. Even the in-store members said it was ridiculous that I was told to take my cell phone into the store and they could sync the email accounts without access to the computer.

Geek squad Guys always so very courteous and knowledgeable. in every situation I have encountered they have explained my issues with the language I can understand I value their expertise . I would not be able to tackle any of these issues with out them. Thank you Geekers.

Problems with a desktop. Fixed it but was so fast I couldn't remember how he did it. Regardless it works!

Zion swapped out my old printer, which had trouble connecting with the computer, and installed another printer. Since it was the same MODEL as the old one, it took awhile to gain clarity that it was the same, yet different -- but he wrestled that "alligator" to the ground. Go, Zion. Geek Squad and the Personal Protection program ROCK!

Updated my desktop computer Excellent job. Very professional, friendly, knew their products. Would recommend!!
