The best experience

We took the unit to the store where London got us checked in and explained next steps and Darryl (sp?) started the work. He even called us explaining what he was doing and got additional info from us. Our hard drive was damaged but he was able to save the data we needed. Finally it was done when scheduled and we picked it up! Real customer service!!!

Rescheduling after the first no show on their part was an experience, I hope I never have to go through again.

Fixing a Totally Frozen Laptop

The Geek Squad team arrived on-time and proceeded to restart the laptop, but’to no avail. They were diligent and highly professional in their endeavor. Unfortunately, the matter had to be referred to the in-house technical team. The laptop had to be completely erased and reloaded. Luckily, the laptop was fixed and functional within 48 hours.

Geek Squad intalled my TV quickly

He showed my exactly what channels I could receive and how to select them. He installed a longer cable wire and mounted it above the door so I would never trip on it. He was easily understood.
