our Geek of the day worked through a number of issues we had been trying to figure out on our own. We old folks are not as comfortable with computers as the kids of the world. On this visit we got really good help on how to save newly created text without losing it somewhere in the ether. We also got help with setting up a new iPhone.

The agent installed my computer and set up the complete system to my son’s satisfaction.

The agent helped resolve some conflict on my computer and explained how to use various services.

overall the Geek Squad is excellent in what it does and recommends ,but my computer is still having the same problem in opening my email. Got a 2 TB external hard drive for back up which they did in house , but the nothing was taken off my internal Hard drive to speed up my computer. Need help with knowing how to work with my external hard drive, access it, transfer data to it , etc.

Changed internet providerr and i changed over all our electronics including phones, iPads, printer, security system, nest, smart thermostat, etc. couldn’t get our Arlo cameras to work. It took him a little bit but he firgured it out. Very professional and customer service oriented. Really appreciated his tenacity to get it working. Great job.

The two that came to the house from Geek Squad Junior and Rez were superb. The team that tried to handle over the phone were horrible. In fact, one lady entered my computer and messed up the settings and shut it down and disappeared. It wasn’t until I complained that she called me back as the record should reflect

Austin, a Geek Squad tech came to my house to fix a number of printer and computer issues I had. He also set up my back up storage to run weekly to automatically back up all the data on my computer. He did a great job. In fact I recommended that a friend buy a new computer from Best Buy and consider getting full Geek Squad total support plan.
