Austin, a Geek Squad tech came to my house to fix a number of printer and computer issues I had. He also set up my back up storage to run weekly to automatically back up all the data on my computer. He did a great job. In fact I recommended that a friend buy a new computer from Best Buy and consider getting full Geek Squad total support plan.

Geek Squad at Best Buy at Southpoint did an excellent job in checking out my desktop and laptop computers and my two external drives. They removed some external access software and deemed my system safe and clean. The two days they had my systems was well worth it.

checked my lap top for viruses and helped me find settings that were causig me difficulties . Overall trying to deal with constant softward updates is an ongoing stress; trying to adapt to new procedures is mentally exhausting and emotionally taxing. Geek Squad avaialbility critical for peace of mind with technology shoving us ahead mindlessly

The agent did an excellent job ensuring my new computer could interact with devices used in connection with my old computer, took the time to explain how these devices now work through Windows 11, and also got my old printer set up on the new computer. Agent was very pleasant as he demonstrated a test of each device to ensure everything worked well and explained how it worked! For a non-computer savvy type person this was great!! Highly recommend Geek Squad at home services!!

It’s easy to review my Geek Squad Best Buy experience because I’ve been a customer with tech-support for over 20 years. I have the most confidence not only in the products that Best Buys sells but the confidence in being able to have it serviced/repaired at all times if needed.

The two that came to the house from Geek Squad Junior and Rez were superb. The team that tried to handle over the phone were horrible. In fact, one lady entered my computer and messed up the settings and shut it down and disappeared. It wasn’t until I complained that she called me back as the record should reflect
