As I am elderly, I was glad to utilize the Geek Squads Service to mount my Television and connect it to all of my devices in my home. The TV was installed professionally and quickly. I have had no problems or issues with the installation or connection of my devices. I intend to utilize the Geek Squad in all my future connections when needed. It is no longer easy for me to mount these devices on my own as a Senior or Disabled person. I so appreciate this service offered by Best Buy.

I purchased an new laptop and had the Geek Squad set it up and then transfer data from my old laptop AND my desktop as well. Would never try to do this myself. The Squad did a great job and very timely as well.

Geek Squad is the best computer support service I have ever had. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and solve all my problems.

I have a Total Tech Membership. We had always considered The Geek Squad to be heroes until this past service a couple of weeks ago. I took our old Laptop computer in for the Geeks here at Best Buy in Abilene, Texas, to transfer all of the contents of the old Laptop to our new Desk Top computer purchased at Best Buy. When we were told that the transfer had been completed, we picked up the new Desktop and the olde Laptop computer last Thursday, October 13th. When we got home to our house here in Abilene, we immediately discovered the ridiculous job that was done by a Geek Squad Technician. All of the Folders and individual documents were now in our new computer with the title only. There was no content in any of the documents, nor in the folders other than partial, long-gone 5-year-old words, dates, programs, etc. The Geographical location and Time were also from 5 years ago. It was strange to see stuff that we had deleted 3 or 4 years ago. The dates and geographical location of the weather were from another state and time when we were in California and in Hawaii for several months for my husband's Travel MRI Tech positions. I, myself, a 68-year-old lady, was able to remove most of the totally screwed up transfer that came from the old Laptop to the new Desktop computer. First, I had to remove the crazy stuff from 5 years ago. I then transferred all of the current contents that I had put on the Zip Drive from our old, still functioning computer, from the Zip Drives to our new Desktop computer. The transfer of the actual current folders and documents was the easy part. I was easily able to make a correct and full transfer from the Zip Drive that I had made from our old Laptop. The grueling part of the process was taking out the crazy, out-of-date contents that were transferred to our New Desktop by the Geeks here in Abilene. It was awful for me to have to do this since I just completed 6 months of Hospice for my Stage 4 Breast Cancer that has gone to Cancer in the bones of my Lumbar Spine and Sacrum. I can do very little because of this condition and is precisely why I wanted the Geeks here in Abilene to do this for me. We had scheduled a Geek Squad Home Visit for today to try to repair or complete the terrible job that was done. I FULLY INTENDED to immediately Cancel my Membership as soon as the Home Visit by a Geek Technician was completed, and he walked out our Front Door. Well, I thank God, literally, that the Home Visit was done by a very good Geek Tech whose name is Andrew. He not only completed any all transfer problems but he could assure me that the Remote Access Bug that we had the Abilene Geeks remove from our old Laptop a few weeks ago was TRULY REMOVED. Andrew did a fine job of checking everything out in our new Desktop. Andrew made sure that MY transfer from the Zip Drive that I had made was correct. He made sure that the Geographical Location was correct. His job done today was correct, current and complete. Again, I was thrilled to have my new Desktop reflecting the correct and current status. As I said, this whole Computer issue has been unbearably stressful and literally painful in my current serious medical condition.

Geek met and fixed problems with my Mac and printer connection and e-mail and other small details in a friendly and efficient manner and will use again!

The agents were great! It took some problem solving and detective work - they persevered and were able to resolve the problem. Professional and courteous! And I appreciated their checking in with me a but later to confirm that things were still working. Many thanks!

The agent was not only courteous, but very knowledgeable and prompt in his service. We are repeat customer's of his and would recommend him for a service tech if anyone needs one. Not only did he help us figure out the issue, but when he couldn't actually fix it that day, he advised what we needed to order and how to go about getting him to come back out to install what we needed after the part arrived. He also helped with a few other things we had questions on not related to the issue he was there for.

Jeremy helped this old (90) man get his facebook page back. Had some other issues with computer and in getting them fixed lost my access to FB. I could only access my wife's FB. When I would comment on a post, it showed the comment inmy wife's name. Jeremy quickly fixed the issues and also offered advise on other FB functions. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The agents set up my 75” Samsung TV and Samsung soundbar with ease. They were polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the installation. They clean up my home well. They showed me how to operate the remote to the tv and soundbar. I will purchase all my electronic from Best Buy in the future because of the great Total Tech protection they offer and the impeccable professionalism Best Buy brings to your home.

Mike came to the house on time and showed me what I didn't do for the hookup, made the changes and did a review on how it works. could not be happier with the service that I receive form the geek squad Thank you.

First time working with this young man and he explained and helped us set up our computers. He was very knowledgeable about he was doing and very polite. Geek Squad is the best thing about Best Buy. He was on time and kept us up to date as of his arrival time. I had a list of questions and he read through those as soon as he got here so he knew what we needed to know,

The technician did an excellent job. He found a rare out of box problem related to the DNS server address. He made the change and the ethernet symbol appeared as it should. Thank you

Great service, as always but was complicated, because an employee scammed us, from Geek Squad with a bogus virus protection. Our Geek Squad guy (CJ) was very nice, patience galore and reinstalled with Geek Squad virus protection and cannot say thank you enough! He made our day!!! Instead of taking minutes to correct, it took hours but we were happy it was taken care of. Meanwhile I reported the culprit at Geek Squad, since it obviously was an "inside job" and hope that person was apprehended! I was appalled that something like this could happen and hoping to get a report back from Geek Squad that action has been taken.

I was very satisfied with the service provided when I called Geek Squad for assistance with the issue I was having with my computer. She was very helpful and explained how she was going to fix my issue and exactly how it happened.
