    The agent was prompt & very knowledgeable & had the problem taken care of in short order. I really like being a member of the Geek squad now, but the new pricing that goes into effect when my contract expires, puts this privilege clear out of sight. Being on a disability income absolutely prohibits the possibility of staying a member.

    I haven’t put up my tv yet but I am working with Ruan at Conroe store in TX. He is the reason I trust with Best Buy n bought total ring systems n my brand new home theater tv system. He is great n so helpful with so much knowledge that I am impressed with. He is a great asset to your store.

    Agent Jeffrey got my iPhone working to receive emails in about 10 minutes. I spent innumerable hours with other agents and they couldn’t seem to figure it out. In my view Jeffrey is brilliant. He also spent time coaching me about some of the subtleties of the iPhone which was very helpful.

    I needed help understanding my smart TV. Things were "out of order" after a recent service call from my cable company. I could not get the TV back to the original settings. The Best Buy tech was amazing. And very patient with me. A really nice man.
