Tech Repaired or replaced several networking probl

Tech did an excellent job and repairing several problem. The router I had stopped working. The tech replaced it with a new mesh network from eero and all problems have bee resolved.

ReAdjusting to a Laptop

I was upset to hear it did not have enough memory to store everything on my old so had to buy more memory. The computer is a good fit, just trying to adjust to no mouse again, my choice as it is better for your neck. Also having to learn Windows 11 and everything be stored on onedrive. I am very "Old School!

Highly recommend Geek Squad Tech Beta Subscription

Helped us with the setup of our new router and set up all our wireless printers for printing not only from computers but our smart phones. We weren’t aware one printer of 3 was even wireless! He answered so many of our tech questions and helped sync our blue tooth devices to my husband’s hearing aids. He was kind, patient and friendly. The amount of problems he solved and questions he answered during this home visit was worth the cost of the Tech Subscription alone!
