He discovered the problem with my husband’s computer and was able to fix everything with what was creating the problems. We are seniors and not always as tech savvy, but Chad was very kind and patient in working with my husband and answering all of his questions.

Geek Squad restored computer audio

As it turned out, he didn't have to come out and I was mortified. The speaker wasn't turned on.
