Had a wireless keyboard set up to work via using my 75" tv. Worked great. Total tech set it up for us since we could not get it to connect. With their expertise total tech fixed it.

The agent reviewed with me the problems with my old computer tower; he gave me option for making a purchase given my needs at this time and gave me options for my future purchases. He brought the computer tower I selected to my home and set it up. After the set-up, he had me manage the programs so that I was clear on what I had. He did not try to oversell me...on what I do not need at this time. I could not ask for better service. Francisco was patient with me and very good at explaining things so I could make good choices. I had a question a few days later and he called me back and answered my questions. I am so pleased with the service he gave me. Words can't begin to express how impressed we were with Mac from Geek Squad. He installed our router quickly with accuracy while explaining what he was doing. He connected all our devices to the router and answered all of our questions with ease. Mac was able to work quickly but showed amazing people skills. Mac was so kind and easy to understand. He had the gift to explain things on our level....novice in technology! As a teacher I recognize that Mac has the gift of teaching. Geek Squad is so blessed to have Mac Gordon on their team...which means we were blessed! Any future work that we need done...we will request Mac from Geek Squad. On Jun 30th I purchased an Eero Wi-Fi system. It was installed on July 13 by someone from the Geek Squad and it has worked fine. No problems and much better than the outdated one I had.

The agent analyzed y computer and determined the problem was a bad hard drive. He was able to get it to run quicker than it was but recommended a new computer. I didn't feel pressured to buy one right away. My computer has been running slowly for years. Now I know it didn't have a virus I can get a new one and transfer my data to the new computer.

Chris Cotton was superb with our in-home service! He provided great knowledge and dedication to make sure everything we had was working the way it should now and in the future. Could not be more pleased!

Between the email notifications and calls from the tech, I was well-informed about my appointment and when he would arrive. I'm rather certain there wasn't one question or problem he wasn't going to be ready for. Once he arrived, identified himself, slipped on shoe covers and confirmed my issue was corrected. I won't be using any one else for future problems.
