I needed a firestick and he went to the store and brought it back to my house. Then he set it up and updated my billing information for youtube. I tell my friends all the time that they should enroll in the annual program because it has been well worth the money. It brings great peace of mind to know I can get help with my electronics whenever I need it.

Monitor

They all tried different ways to fix the problem. I was very disappointed that my total tech membership changed and we were charged for a house visit.

Geek Squad To The Rescue

We scheduled an appointment for the Geek Squad to come to our house to fix our internet issues with our printers and computers. They even fixed some of our smaller tech issues. The folks that came out to the house were very professional and friendly. They really do know what they are doing!

The main problem i was having was in the middle of keying something the cursor would keep jumping to another line & I'd be keying in the middle of something else. Thank goodness I have a Maintenence Agreement with the Geek Squad where i can get help whenever I need it.

He was extremely professional and patient and explained everything. I hope you pay him well because he is worth every penny. Will continue to be a Best Buy customer with tech support.
