Fixed a scam problem

I knew it was a scam but didn't know how to fix it. Anthony came out and had it fixed in no time. Thank you Anthony

Geek Squad in home service

He update my computer software and ran various diagnostics. However, he also indicated that there were some maintenance actions he could not complete and said they would have to be in the store. He also told me that my computer may continue to have issues unless that in store work was done. I was a bit disappointed that all the work would not be done in my home as a have a husband with health issues and I am his primary care giver.

I appreciated his step by step explanations which helps me to know better how to troubleshoot in the future and to know better how to explain issues when I need expert help. He also was able to save us money on our virus protection by recommending a program through Best Buy - this was an unexpected bonus.

New WiFisystem

The Geek Squad was so complete and thorough to get all our current WiFi items connected and it took a while but we’ll worth it as everything was great! Absolutely fantastic job done and there was a couple of snags that their expertise was able to solve!! I could have never got through them. Thanks Geek Squad❤️

The Geek Squad overall did a great job.

The tech who gave me PC wasn't the tech who worked on it. I got the idea he wasn't well informed about the repair. The tech who a few days later came to the house was excellent - why I gave an Excellent rating. He was so helpful, took his time explaining everything. I would ask for him again.
