    The store Geek Squad didn't explained exactly what had been done. The tech who gave me PC wasn't the tech who worked on it. I got the idea he wasn't well informed about the repair. The tech who a few days later came to the house was excellent - why I gave an Excellent rating. He was so helpful, took his time explaining everything. I would ask for him again.

    Justin listened carefully to my concerns. He addressed each issue with patience. I appreciated his step by step explanations which helps me to know better how to troubleshoot in the future and to know better how to explain issues when I need expert help. He also was able to save us money on our virus protection by recommending a program through Best Buy - this was an unexpected bonus.

    We had an EERO WiFi system set up in our home and we were in preparation for adding on an updated security cameras. The Geek Squad was so complete and thorough to get all our current WiFi items connected and it took a while but we’ll worth it as everything was great! Absolutely fantastic job done and there was a couple of snags that their expertise was able to solve!! I could have never got through them. Thanks Geek Squad❤️
