Great in-home service

The Traverse City tech walked into my house and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than five minutes. Just helpful, didn’t make me feel dumb, even though it turned out to be a simple fix.

I enjoy that you all have taken care of my issues with my service provider I'm seriously thinking about replacing during my time of illness. Geek squad came but was unable to fix my problem

Geek Squad worked on my PC and my IPone

Ben did a super job sorting things out for me with my PC and also did some adjusting on my IPhone so that everything was in good working order. I cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad and how they make life easier for us when dealing with technology. Polite and very knowledgable and a group I would not want to be without.
