Geen Squad Updated our Computers

Geek squad made my computer speakers work

Your rep spent time trying to figure out the problem, but it wasn't easy--Our computer is 8 years old, and we had updated our drivers. That interfered with the speakers. He had to install an earlier version of the driver, which I would have been clueless on how to do. He quickly found that the speakers were not the problem.

Geel Squad fixed my printer efficiently

The young man got it connected to my computer with my wifi password and had the printer do 3 cleanings of the print heads. That cleared up the fuzziness that I had been experiencing. He assured me that the clarity would improve with use, which it has.

Helping an Older Citizen

Also, help remove unwarranted bit of data that had signiicantly slowed my PC. Great work!
