    Cassidy arrived at exactly the time of the appointment and set up my new all-in-one computer and new printer. Cassidy was very knowledgeable And patient. Cassidy made sure I knew how operate the new devices before she left. Cassidy was awesome - a job well done ! !

    It took the technical wizard less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem with my headset reception problem--a hardware problem that would have required sending the laptop to the factory. He had the correct USB adapter needed for about $10, and we were both happy.

    Justin was awesome. He took the time to resolve my problems and explained what he was doing. Two days after he left, I had problems with my printer, I was able to call Justin and he came on time and resolved my problem. If I need a tech in the future, I prefer Justin to come and help me.

    Service tech came to my home to see if my computer could be updated. Randell advised me, because my computer was 9 years old, it would be better Replacing it. So I purchase a Dell Desktop through Best Buy on Nelson Rd.

    caleb made a return trip to provide instructions on how to copy a file and paste to facebook as a PHOTO. caleb made sure the new ebook i bought was now backing up previous files and future ones. he didn't rush me as a senior; it takes longer to "understand" modern technology. he was very patient!! i highly recommend caleb to others needing help from ames, iowa best buy store.
