Trouble Shooting Assistance

There were some troubleshooting some issues with functions not working. The Tech that came out not only fixed the issues but was very professional and knowledgeable. He left me some tips as well in case other issues arise in the future

Problem had to do with the software that did not have files that were necessary to complete the install. Geek Squad knew exactly how to search for compatible software. This was a Microsoft issue.

caleb is a wonderful tech support at home visits
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.caleb made a return trip to provide instructions on how to copy a file and paste to facebook as a PHOTO. caleb made sure the new ebook i bought was now backing up previous files and future ones. he didn't rush me as a senior; it takes longer to "understand" modern technology. he was very patient!! i highly recommend caleb to others needing help from ames, iowa best buy store.

There was a time you were going to come back to my house and the computer was sent OUT TO BE FIXED. Glad to have it back and working fine. Tammy Wronski

trouble shooting and improvements in internet

The agent did some trouble shooting regarding internet reception, made recommendations for improvements, and helped set up a smart TV with improved internet service. Also the agent showed us how to get better service out of our existing internet and TV / video player devices.
