Love the Geek Squad!

He was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met, regarding technology. One of the most respected characteristics he possessed is his honesty. I would definitely request him again, if a need would arise. And he is just one example of the reasons we keep returning to Best Buy.

Of course I also believe the sales crews in other parts of the store are very valuable assets of Best Buy … but the Geeks who have helped me throughout the years have consistently impressed me!

He was personable, friendly and very professional. He also suggested that I bring the computer into the shop to have an overhaul completed. Frankly, the computer is performing so well now I don't think that will be necessary. Thank you Matthew!! Thank you Best Buy! Thank you Geek Squad!!

Two days after he left, I had problems with my printer, I was able to call Justin and he came on time and resolved my problem. If I need a tech in the future, I prefer Justin to come and help me.
