Geek Squad telephone help set up new computer was satisfactory. House visit solved speaker problem with explanation. Geek squad also transferred information from old computer to new computer.

I have had to get help a couple of times through my GEEK Squad Support Services at home yearly through my yearly GEEK Squad Support Services purchase. If you aren't a youngster anymore (I am 82 years old) keeping up with all the changes in accessing on-line services is mind-boggling.

Joseph went above and beyond to make sure our internet was working properly, as well as our devices. He was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met, regarding technology. One of the most respected characteristics he possessed is his honesty. I would definitely request him again, if a need would arise. And he is just one example of the reasons we keep returning to Best Buy.

Matthew did exactly what was needed to speed up my computer and internet connections. He was personable, friendly and very professional. The agent came earlier than scheduled, after calling us first to make sure we were ready, and arrived on (the new) time. The agent did some trouble shooting regarding internet reception, made recommendations for improvements, and helped set up a smart TV with improved internet service. Also the agent showed us how to get better service out of our existing internet and TV / video player devices.

Turned out not to be a 'simple' repair. Granite (the technicitian) was able to address my issue and skillfully resolve it. Unfortunately, since then I've had some intermittant email issues - e.g. sending/receiving with certain people. I'll be circling back with the Geek Squad in a week or so to address this. I still regularly highly recommend this service to friends and family.
