The Handy firm mounted my tv. One man did the job very professionally.

He quickly installed my new moden and router and then installed the software He called mediacom to cancel their rental moden & router. He checked the new componets and made sure they were working. He then checked my TV and set them up for the streaming sevices. All was working correctly before he left.

You sent us a fine and patient young man, Alejandro Aguiar, to "fix" our computer. Questions abound as to "WHY" we can or cannot perform a function, yeah, even find it on the computer, when we have been using it for 100 years and, "It's never done this before." Well, when Alejandro, who filled the mandates of polite, super clean, and masked, exited the premises, everything worked just fine and is still. Thank you for the fine service.

It took the technical wizard less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem with my headset reception problem--a hardware problem that would have required sending the laptop to the factory. He had the correct USB adapter needed for about $10, and we were both happy.
