Since I'm elderly and have a hard time with stairs my tech moved my computer upstairs and had the computer and everything that works working perfectly. Afterwords, I loaded new software that has a space problem and after several error messages, the computer quit and would not turn in at all. The tech returned in a few days and within seconds turned it on, then worked on some other small things that hadchanged.
