Geek Squad resolved my computer issue.

Granite (the technicitian) was able to address my issue and skillfully resolve it. Unfortunately, since then I've had some intermittant email issues - e.g. sending/receiving with certain people. I'll be circling back with the Geek Squad in a week or so to address this. I still regularly highly recommend this service to friends and family.

Geek Squad offers Great Service

Randell advised me, because my computer was 9 years old, it would be better Replacing it. So I purchase a Dell Desktop through Best Buy on Nelson Rd.

Geek Squad got my Internet running properly

When I bought my PC, the store signed me up and I didn't realize I didn't have an actual account; Webroot functioned perfectly, updating, etc, even though I was 'unknown' to them. You have great people there; treat them well!

Wow! Bothe a computer whiz and an ear for music!

He also organized several of the DVD recordings on to one dVD disk which we entitled "Catalog." The agent certainly knew the computer capability and he also had an excellent ear for the music!

He did however ask me some questions about my problem and guided me through the repairs that I did myself and resolved the problem that way. I really appreciated that he did that!!!
