helped with new keyboard/mouse

It was explained that I needed a replacement and how to hook it up. Got a great deal on a new Microsoft keyboard and mouse combo deal. Brought it home and I am very pleased with my purchase as well as the helpful info provided by my Geek Squad helper.

Geek squad set up my new computer

They transferred data from my old computer to my new computer at my home and instructed me how to use the new computer. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They knew the answers to my questions and they made sure I understood what they were saying.

New Computer Experience

They were very quick and nice at the store but calling the store to get in touch with the people that did the work was impossible. We had to go to the store, which is 40 minutes away 3 times to find out how to log into our new computer. Then we were not sure how to open the large file with all of our data from the previous computer and it took 2 week to get help.

People have tried repeatedly to fix this complex issue I have been having with my network. He managed it in an hour. Whatever he is paid he deserves a raise! I’m dead serious.

Very nice and professional. For a senior, trying to talk to agents that don't speak clearly (language and speed) over the phone was no longer an option, so I was very pleased.
