    I was very impressed with the knowledge of the young man who came to clean my computer. He did a complete check of the computer and took off things that were not important or needed. If I need any computer update, I would hope that Daniel would be the tech to help.

    I did not have a great experience with Geek Squad or getting my computer transfer done. They were very quick and nice at the store but calling the store to get in touch with the people that did the work was impossible. We had to go to the store, which is 40 minutes away 3 times to find out how to log into our new computer. Then we were not sure how to open the large file with all of our data from the previous computer and it took 2 week to get help.

    The Geek Squad helped me get my new computer to my home and installed everything, without me having to go to the store. I am a senior and have limited mobility. If they did not help me I would not have this computer. They are a blessing to the senior community.

    In home service providied as part of current Geek Squad service plan was the only to conveniently resolve my printing issue. if NC in home coverage is no longer provided, I will have to look at other computer servide options
