Careful and excellent service

He knew exactly what to do to hook up all your equipment and made suggestions when we asked to add additional devices we needed. I would request him again if we needed the Geek Squad to come to our house.

You need to bring your call centers back to the USA. This is the 2nd time your overseas geek squad has messed up my computer. I’m going to write a letter explaining in full detail.

Tech support fixed my computer problem

Attentive, listen, reassuring about technology issues w/equipment purchased from Best Buy. SAD NEWS - received an email from BestBuy and this service is being discontinued at the end if thus contract year. ;-(

HP computer with Office 2021
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad transferred my data to the new computer but when I installed the Office 2021 package from the Microsoft website, i encountered a few problems with changes to some of the data. The service technician came out and fixed the problems so that the system and components are working. Still not 100% but functioning okay.

Excellent technician- Carlos rocks!

He’s very calm and gives you examples of what he’s talking about – really takes the time to make sure You understand. He has organized my computer life, and it’s wonderful! Carlos deserves a raise!
