He did a complete setup and training on new equipment. He was on time, courteous and knew his job. well, I would highly recommend him.

He then waited long enough to see if any thing addt'l occured, which it did. He then resolved that issue and all has worked perfectly since.

Instructed on Use of Portable SSD

He had me actually use the drive while he was instructing me on how to scan to the drive. He was very helpful and patient with me. I appreciate the Geek Squad and their help.

Computer set up by Geek Squad

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having to have new flooring installed, I called the Geek Squad to take down my computer, router, modem. John came to both take down and set up system after flooring installed. He also set up devices I would need during flooring installation. John was on time for both appointments and friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I always call on Geek Services for solutions and will continue to do so!

Geek Squad computer Hack cleaning

Brought it to Geek Squad at Best Buy, and immediately felt as though all was good once again. They did a thorough clean-up and removed viruses and malware, and had it ready for me in just a couple of days. The young men who helped me were knowledgeable and very helpful!

not techno savvy!

The tech was here in a timely manner and in just a few minutes had it working. Have had no problems since his visit. Thanks Geek Guys for all you do.
