Anthony is the best Geek squad agent that has helped us with all of our computers needs. Geek Squad is fortunate to have such a well trained professional that is extremely customer oriented.

Geek Squad Agent came to our home and troubleshooted HP printer issues (so it would again print in color). Also, answered a few questions and set up a couple of icons on our laptop screen. Very knowledgeable and very efficient.

After installing new sound systems to 2 of my tvs by myself, suddenly the voices didn’t match up to the people speaking. Geek Squad came out to my house and fixed the problem in 15 minutes!

The agent, Miranda, installed my new IMac and made sure that it worked. She also answered several other computer questions that I had. She returned the next working day to ensure that it was working properly. She couldn't have been more helpful or efficient.

Computer hacked through my own error. Brought it to Geek Squad at Best Buy, and immediately felt as though all was good once again. Efficient, knowledgeable Geek Squad had my new 65” installed without a hitch. I could tell they were experienced. They answered every question I had and offered solutions to my power surge protection.
