TheTechnician was able to to get Outlook back onto my computer and then show me how to put my contacts back in along with how to make new folders. Microsoft made some updates and just messed up our computer.

My email account got hacked. I used the Geek Squad online and at the store and they made me feel comfortable that I had done everything I could do with their help to eliminate the threats.

Having to have new flooring installed, I called the Geek Squad to take down my computer, router, modem. John came to both take down and set up system after flooring installed. He also set up devices I would need during flooring installation. John was on time for both appointments and friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.
