I got a lap top Agent was very nice & helpful returned visit

Nathanael Roberts completed my annual computer tune up, checked out a problem I was having with an application, and finally removed an application I no longer wanted. Since I had little knowledge of this second application, I was reluctant to remove it myself. He always does a complete job and answers and resolves any questions I have.

TV did not need to be mounted just set-up. I tried setting up myself and had difficulty. Geek Squad knew exactly what to do. He not only got my TV set-up but also educated me on how to easily move around using the remote accessing different functions. I will never try to set anything else up...I will stay stress-free and call the Geek Squad!

Oren really understands how Apple Machines. He fixed a critical error made by a Geek Squad person who suggested I did not have to enter my apple machine's PW. This screwed me up for months. He also showed that my Express VPN was too slow to use with my bank in Chicago. This saved me about $25 every year without any loss of privacy to my Chicago Bank.

I am very happy with Eddie. He was extremely helpful.

My computer hadn't been letting me into any websites for a long time. I kept getting the message that it couldn't establish a secure connection. The Geek Squad didn't have to think, he just went to work and in no time (it seemed like!) he had everything working the way it was supposed to. I had no clue what to do on my own. He was worth his weight in gold!

The agent was willing to learn how to fix an embroidery software problem I was having and was able to solve the issue in no time. :)

Anthony is the best Geek squad agent that has helped us with all of our computers needs. Geek Squad is fortunate to have such a well trained professional that is extremely customer oriented.

Sales guy was top notch. I explained what I wanted, he got it, made sure that all collateral products were added in, got the shipping info correct and I was on my way. My car was double parked outside and he got me in and out of the store in record time. Product (new HP computer) was delivered, everything was there. Best Buy is where my wife and I shop for all our TV and computer needs.

After installing new sound systems to 2 of my tvs by myself, suddenly the voices didn’t match up to the people speaking. Geek Squad came out to my house and fixed the problem in 15 minutes!

Geek Squad Daniel was excellent. He installed a virus protection program, and connected an old printer to my new Computer, and helped me with computer and printer usage.

This particular geek agent showed me how to do a lot of things, he also let me try them myself to reinforce how to do them. He also fixed some things that got deleted after my last home visit. He is the best of all geek people that I have had at my home.
