I wasn't happy that I had to physically take my huge clunker of a computer in for repairs, but it was easy and quick. Much quicker than I expected. The Agent was helpful and friendly!

Geek Squad installed my printer to the Network

I would recommend the "home service" to all Best Buy customers. HOWEVER, the telephone help line and the CHAT Kine are a total waste of time.

I’m telling you with that being all new and confusing and an update on my laptop this 71yr old needs a tutor!
