    The technician who came to our home was quick, efficient, fixed our problem. I would recommend the "home service" to all Best Buy customers. HOWEVER, the telephone help line and the CHAT Kine are a total waste of time.

    The Technician was extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. The 3 star rating is the time I had to wait for the appointment it seems to me you could be more efficient on schedules

    Tech was on time as expected. Ran diagnostics tests for very slow computer and provided a solution. I will have to take the computer to a Best Buy store to make the repair

    The geek squad team mounted my Tv fine but They had to wait till I ordered a longer cable and Robert did come back to also hide the wires in thecover I bought-so far it looks good!
