Computer needed good clean-up and checking

The Agent, VERY PATIENTLY checked my system etc and explained the his work to me. I was re-assured and felt confident enough to use my computer and e-mail again!

They did give me suggestions on what I could do as far as replacing the old computer that I have.

The technician solved 2 problems that I didn’t realize were related and saved me lots of money stopping me from putting in expensive equipment I didn’t need.

He was able to fix the problems the phone techs didn't fix after three phone calls.The tech took the time to explain things to me.
