This device caught my eye. It’s a great looking gadget and I’m a gadget guy. It’s built for streamers but you can do so much in controlling your computer. Open apps, drives, files with the push of a button. Program the buttons to run commands, add predetermined text, etc. The buttons can display colorful icons, pics, etc. You can make the button a folder and then do the same inside that folder so your button options are basically limitless. As it was built for streamers, it does offer so much more for them but the capabilities for controlling your computers are there. It is a pricy add on so you have to make sure it makes sense for you. Also programming is easy but time consuming and as you learn what it can do, you will be modifying what you’ve programmed already to improve. It will take time before you are satisfied. I’m not even 25% done with mine because as I program what I want, I learn more and want actions set up differently.

Makes streaming so much easier. No more switching windows, firing up all the apps, remembering hotkeys to switch scenes. Buttons for everything! Even sound effects!

You still can’t beat Elgato when it comes to stream controllers. After streaming for a year using the stream deck mobile app I thought there was no benefit to havibg a physical deck. But after some connection issues with the app i decided to try out the XL and boy am i glad i did. This thing makes the process of streaming so smooth and easy I’ll never go back.

Streamdeck makes great products, and has a ton of additional features and various other additions you can download for free or purchase. Great for assisting with content creation, whether a livestreamer, podcaster, musician, etc this can help in so many aspects. If you're not a content creator this is still a great product for productivity, multi-tasking, keyboard shortcuts, website shortcuts, tracking the stock market and plenty more.

Works very well for streaming. Does everything I wanted it to do and more! Don’t know how I lived without it! Much better than the Razer Stream Controller

Greatest device I ever purchased! Bought the regular size one and use it for work as a shortcut device for my folders and cad options.

The Stream Deck XL is amazing. I use it as a programable custom keyboard to simulate one button keyboard shortcut emulation but I can be programmed to launch any program on your computer with one button. It can launch any website or even function. The best way to get a idea of what the Stream Deck can do just type it’s name in the search bar in YouTube and most likely you’ll find a solution or example of how it can make you a believer. This thing is one of the most important computer peripheral I own!

This thing is amazing! You don't know you need it but once you use it, you can't live without it. Well, you can live without it but it makes things much easier. It takes some time to set up all of your shortcuts (I am using it to open various software at the touch of a button - so much faster than using the mouse of looking for the software - heck, it's faster than searching for it). I am also using this while editing video in DaVinci Resolve! Next up, I will make shortcuts for my DAW! If you use any audio or video software, this is a must have controller!

I am using it for Adobe cloud apps. You can program it yourself or you can go on their website and sometimes it is free you can buy profiles for the stream deck. The profiles are well planned with icons that match what they do.

Yeah, it's expensive for what it is but oh, so handy. Little "TV" buttons that you can put text and images onto using software. Brilliant little piece of kit. I can fully understand why so many people, esp. professionals, love this device so much. It's a real time saver! Well built, too.

Great for quick one button actions. The software is easy to use. The LCD buttons use images and/or text so they're easy to find and understand. Highly recommend if you use a lot repetitive actions on your PC.

Great use for online school or gaming or in general. easy to set up. box did not look new but still worked out well.

Didn't think I needed this but now after having it for a month I don't think I can live without it. Bought this when it went on slae for $50 off. I was looking at it for months but refused to pay full price. All reviews I read say it never goes on sale and when it came on sale here I had to get it. Great product.

Game changer. No pun intended. Amazing support for apps of all kinds, video and photo editing, CAD, flight simulators and the obvious streaming. Takes the place of dedicated keyboards for each app. Load an Adobe premier profile, move to DCS A-10 Warthog and design on Fusion 360 for 3D printing, transform conference calls. All in seconds between. Cannot say enough about this. Beautiful display, easy setup. Customization and software integration beyond compare.
