Omar is the best tech that you have. We had been having trouble with our email on Outlook since March. I would call the Geek Squad and the techs would try to fix it it remotely but each time, it would only last a couple of weeks. I called the Geek Squad ten times and ten different techs tried to solve the problem. I finally asked for an inhouse visit. Omar came out, recognized the problem immediately and fixed it. He also helped us set up our other devices. He is very knowledgeable, explains things so we can understand. Our Outlook now works perfectly. We would give him and #10 everytime.

Something is now wrong with my Firestick / seemed to work fine BEFORE mounting tv on my wall. I need someone to Plse come by to look- should take 5 mins. Thanks.

Geek service technician, Ben, serviced my computer efficiently, in a professional manner, was friendly and very infornative.

Matt and his partner did a terrific job setting up my email and getting my computer back the way I wanted it to be.

The agent was in a big hurry to leave. He did a table top installation, programmed one of my two Xfinity remotes, told me nothing about the remote that came with the tv or the IR Blaster. Since the manual is of no help, I am unable to use all the features of this very expensive tv.

Tim Bond did an excellent job getting my email back to the old Outlook since the new Outlook is all screwed up and will not send emails. It puts all outgoing email into Drafts and just sits there. He assisted with other issues as well.

My geek squad agent was Anthony. He was very attentive and helpful. I was grateful for his patience and exceptional knowledge.
