Thank goodness for the GEEK SQUAD ! Having purchased Totaltech membership several years ago ... I found it to be one of the best decisions lately. Since that time ... Geek Squad has helped me in several areas for my Internet problems with computer laptop and remote Wi-Fi routers, etc. Also helping with new stereo tuner install. All is working well. A lot of personal frustration diminished with those issues resolved.

The agent quickly solved my password problem and helped me get back on track with my computer. He was so intelligent and professional, kind and patient.

The technician set up my iPad and solved the issue. He also set up my iPod to accept new music.

Omar is the best tech that you have. We had been having trouble with our email on Outlook since March. I would call the Geek Squad and the techs would try to fix it it remotely but each time, it would only last a couple of weeks. I called the Geek Squad ten times and ten different techs tried to solve the problem. I finally asked for an inhouse visit. Omar came out, recognized the problem immediately and fixed it. He also helped us set up our other devices. He is very knowledgeable, explains things so we can understand. Our Outlook now works perfectly. We would give him and #10 everytime.
