Paul did a wonderful job once he finally got here, but the process of getting him here was disastrous. As I understand it, it was not his fault, but your online service is so ineffective that I had to spend more than 3 hours on the phone trying to see why he wasn't here during the promised time period. I would appreciate a call to discuss. I have recommended Total Tech to a lot of people but am now so disillusioned with the phone support that I'm questioning it.

Geek squad fixed pop up issues related to outlook and emails. Answered all questions and fixed all problems. Haven’t had any issues since.

Agent repaired my email connections and setup outlook on my laptop. Only two small issues remain and I tried to contact him but he did not return my phone calls. that was a little disappointing.

The agent came to the house on a GEEK Squad job to help me get my computer working correctly. He was such a wonderful gentleman. He took time to explain everything he was doing and making sure I knew what to do to keep everything working correctly. Everything works the way he explained and no further problems!!!

Agent set up my TV and answered questions. Also showed me how to project from my laptop unto my TV.

After a frustrating few days trying to install a camera to my monitor for Zoom, tech did the job in about three clicks. Amazing.

My Geek Squad personnel spent a long and thorough time with me to make sure I understood the basics and advanced areas of my computer so I would not need to call your company unless it was really necessary. He also said I would probably need to call every once in a while because it "was just the way thinks go", so call when I have questions.

The Geek Squad removed the malware I picked up and re-installed my Operating system. While doing that they moved things around and when I tested the computer in the store the Rep. assured me that everything was fine. When I got the computer home I had to manually re-install all my contacts, etc. I really was disappointed with the GEEK SQUAD this time and I would rate their work only as a "C" on their report card. Geek Squad repaired an issue I had with accessing my email through Outlook (2010 version). I had saved several emails that I wanted to keep but had trouble getting to them on my laptop. Geek Squad was able to fix the issue and I can now get to those saved emails. I will be upgrading to newer version of Outlook and am happy to report I will not lose my emails from the older version.

The Geek Squad was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite.
