The Geek Squad guys came out and did a great job programing my new Logitech remote. I can now control TV, CD, blue ray, radio all from one remote.

Geek Squad Brian was great and had no problem programming my Harmony One Remote after first Geek Squad representative Leon said he could not program it and told me to just buy another remote, thus necessitating a second opinion and home visit by Brian to do Leon's work. Brian also corraled and organized cables which Leon left a mess despite my request he gather them and hide better. Brian was great, Leon was awful and in a hurry to leave instead of taking care of things.

The Geek Squad came to my home and programmed my new TV Remote. He made it so much easier for me to work everything together.

The remote is great, programming was something else. The tech had issues. First thing was the programming cord had gotten misplaced, and that was the end of the world & programming could not be done. We found a cord that worked (our’s). He had no cord with him when that’s what he was here for. When he programmed the remote it didn’t have everything we wanted on it, so he had to start over. Basically I feel he had a bad attitude & made me feel like I didn’t know anything.

the agent was outstanding. The synchronization problem was complex and he knew what to do. I had tried on my own to link my Google home with the device known as a harmony hub. The latter connects to my Comcast box and converts a voice command into and infrared signal to function as a verbal remote control. It is almoost possible to do without expert knowledge. I would highly recommend my technician for any duel service requirements.

There were a couple squad members at the house for several hours. The home theater system is complex in that it includes both a television and a projector. It also includes the need to generate a trigger for raising and lowering the projector screen and another for powering on and off external speaker amplifiers. They were able to get the remote working exceptionally well and had no problem teaching me how to do the programming since equipment changes are inevitable. As a matter of fact, they recommended a couple configuration and equipment changes which I ended up implementing a week or so later. This resulted in a system with less complexity and greater performance.

Easy to use and great specifications. Old stereo receiver died and new one just plugged in with no problems. Entire system controlled by old harmony remote.

The agent programmed remote control to large screen LG and showed how to operate settings.

David installed my new universal remote and it works really well. My new 4K Smart TV is connected to my stereo rack system which is old and everything works! The only thing that doesn't work is my streaming TV. When I tried to update the flash player I got an error saying the file was not compatible with Comcast Xfinity. David used his Linux laptop when setting everything up and apparently Linux isn't compatible with Comcast Xfinity streaming programs. I can watch Xfinity streaming programs on my Windows 10 laptop, but not on my TV. I have to contact Geek Squad again so that I can get this corrected.

The Geek Squad guys installed several new components and the recommendation was to utilize the Harmony Elite remote. Having used previous versions of Harmony remotes, I understood the set up required to make these things work and work well. This programming was well worth the investment. The first use of the remote to watch a movie in the new home theater proved that. So effortless to watch a movie, watch TV or listen to music. Right there on the screen. Thanks Geek agent Chris!

Problem with my remote for my new LG tv. The service person was quick to rectify my problem by going into the tv’s system and made the necessary adjustments. It works perfectly now.

After the installer finished his work my receiver and harmony remote works so well together and everything is so much simpler and user friendly now.

The agent observed all CDC COVID-19 guidelines, was pleasant, efficient, professional, and personable. Our appointment was scheduled for anytime between 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm. He called at 12:45 pm to let us know he about 10 minutes away. The service agent took his time when explaining how the new multi-function remote worked and how to access our five components. I'm chagrined that I did not write down his name for this review. I typically do not complete automated reviews.

Awesome - the remote can be tricky as there are a fee different ways to program it for the components that you have. This is my second Harmony remote - this time I decided to ask Geek Squad to come hy and program it. They did a great job! I can edit the programming on my own going forward, but very happy that the pros came by to set it up out of the box. Programming service is half price for Total Tech Support members. Agent fixed my tv remote very quickly He was courteous and knowledgeable

The remote works well, and the recognition was great by showing me how to use it. The only negative comment I have about it is I doesn't completely eliminate the need for several of my other remotes. I may be doing something wrong, I'm not sure, but I find that in order to access my smart TV and the apps on it, or my DVD, I still need to use the DVD remote. Otherwise it is great in replacing my other four remotes. As I said, I may be doing something wrong, so if I can't figure it out soon, I will reach out to the Geek Squad for further assistance.

As senior citizens we rely on geek squad for our tech needs. We have used them for more then 20 years and, as always, they manage our needs in a precessional and friendly manner.

Simon Baldwin did a fantastic job for me. He fine-tuned my new 55" TV and audio setup, adjusted how my TiVo and Blue-ray were connected to my new receiver, and programmed my Harmony to control my entire video/audio systems. My TV stand is solid wood with equipment behind closed doors. It is so nice to be able to operate everything without having to open the doors. Simon ran into some problems getting my TiVo synched-up with my Harmony, but he kept at it until the results were flawless. This experience has been terrific, and how to operate, maintain, and enhance my new systems was explained to me completely.
