Great Geek Squad service fantastic product programming---great installation---showed how to use item

The Geek Squad groups came to my home on time and kept me posted when they would arrive. Upon arrival, they went right to work putting together my TV and taking out an older 27" console TV. They worked with the Geek Squad remote specialist to connect the cable box, soundbar, 4K Blu-Ray player, and Harmony remote to my new TV. Everything was done quickly, and I am enjoying my new system very much!

This remote was easy to set up and quickly removed the need for multiple remotes!

My Harmony was reprogrammed for the new tv and amplifier as well as my 6 cd changer. Thus less using multiple remotes. Works well.

I think the guy who came did great trying to set it up; however, through the process I believed it wasn’t going to make anything easier. I felt the actual Denon Receiver does not have the capability to do what I need it to do. I feel the actual product of the Dennon 2700 is not worth the money. Very disappointed in that.

Took some time to program due to WiFi. Best to have your Wifi up and running first. Also ask for instructions at the time of installation in case you return or exchange components. MUCH easier to program with a computer. App works great no issues. Display on phone is much larger for your favorites but remote is easier to use. Remote rechargeable battery lasts about a week.

I purchased the Logitech Harmony Remote in order to reduce the number of remotes that I was using. I paid for professional programming of the remote and I am glad that I did. I may have been able to accomplish the programming but certainly not with the speed and accuracy of the Geek Squad tech. It works great with all of the peripherals just as advertised. Well worth the programming fee.

We purchased the Logitech Harmony remote, and not only are we able to operate all of our devices through one remote, it is super simple to use. We love it. Geek Squad came out to the house and set it all up for us, explained everything, and were gone in roughly 30-45 minutes, it was great. Highly recommend Geek Squad!

The geek squad members who came to my house were exceptional. They installed my universal remote to make it compatible with all my devices and explained it to me very well. They were very professional and willing to answer all of my questions about the device. They even cleaned up the mess of cords behind my TV. A+

I was very pleased with the professional work the Geek Squad did in setting up the remote for my TV. My package includes Blue Tooth player, HDTV, phonograph player, stereo, an old VHS, and an Apple TV box. They put it all together - it works off of one remote (except for the VHS), and they taught me how to maneuver. I'm happy. When my cable service changed they came back and redid it all so that it works again.

Chavis was outstanding -he was able to correct the mistakes the previous Geek Squad (Cheyenne) made and fix everything. He was courteous, efficient and very helpful

This television was very simple to unpack. I removed it from the box. I used three screws to install the base. I powered it up and viewed the network options. I very quickly logged into Netflix and began watching TV. I actually bought two of these televisions. The picture is very good. The television is very light and easy to move around. Overall a very well presented product and greatly appreciated!

Smart tV's are wonderful, but i was using 3 different remotes to operate mine. There is an inexpensive remote that can be purchased at Best Buy and for a fee, someone will come to your home and set it up so the cable TV, Smart TV like Netflix, Hulu and the like, can all be operated effortlessly from one remote. I will never be without this again !

Agent did a great job of reprogramming my Harmony remote. I cut the cord from cable and now streaming. I needed to reprogram my Harmony remote. Great job.

Darby Hayes came to my home to program my Harmony Ultimate One remote. He was very thorough in asking which devices needed to be programmed. He set up an account on my computer to keep track of the items for future changes. He even corrected previous programming of my equipment which had been done incorrectly so that they items worked more efficiently with the new remote.
