    I wanted to give a 5-star review to Lisa and Cody who installed my new router and helped me with some problems I had with my system. They were both excellent - very professional, courteous, and helpful. I hope they are the Squad members who come next time I need assistance.

    We purchased a new router to save on our cable bill each month as we were going to start streaming. The Geek Squad came to our home to install and set up the internet for us. They were very friendly and actually took out all of our cable equipment for us, installed the router and checked to make sure that each of our wireless items were connected. I would highly recommend them!

    Brian (agent) set up our modem and Roku and connected all devices. He was sympathetic to all of our questions and took the time to make sure we thoroughly understood how everything worked. Brian's dedication and workmanship is the best! With his positive attitude he was a pleasure to have in our home.

    Anthony was so incredibly helpful. We needed to update our gateway, after "renting" it from our internet provider, and Anthony was amazing. He accessed our needs, without over-selling or pushing us into something, and helped us with our decision of what to purchase. I think the gentleman's name who installed the modem and routers was Mark. Oh my gosh, he was equally amazing. He patiently installed all the devices, ensured everything was connected with our internet provider and tested the connection several time. Bottom line....these guys are the BEST!!

    Easy to set up any of your electronics using these folks. They know what they're doing and are cheerful and helpful. Also, they will leave you with instructions and a name and phone number to call if you have follow-up questions or need help. We have never regretted buying this service.

    Your technician checked out the entire eero system. He changed some locations and found possible problem with the modem. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and personable.

    As a Totaltech member, I decided to have a member of the Geek Squad set up my new router/modem for me. I had an Arris Surfboard modem with a Velop mesh router system, but was experiencing terrible service from Xfinity on our Wi-Fi. Xfinity told me that they would have a technician come to our home to work on the problem, but if they found the problem was on our end that I would be charged $100.00 for the service call. Xfinity told me that they weren’t getting any signal from my modem. I decided I might as well invest in a new Arris G-36 modem/router to eliminate the possibility of the problem being on my end. The Geek Squad installed my modem and disabled the Arris router so it wouldn’t conflict with my Velop mesh router system. Everything worked fine and the Xfinity tech came and found three major problems at our home: two outside the home and a bad connection inside the home. Everything worked great for 3 days and then I started experiencing Wi-Fi problems again. Now I’m having to rest my arris G-36 modem about every 3 days to keep my system running. I’m still checking what is causing the problem as I shouldn’t have to restart the modem at all.
