Amy came in and took out our old modem for us and installed our new one. She walked me through each step as she did the work. I was amazed how quickly she set up everything. She walked me through each step and gave me her information if we had any issues with any of our equipment. I would recommend Amy and Best Buy to all.

Sean did a great job, first installing my new modem, then finding why my land phone was not working.

Jose and Jeff hooked some things up to my new modem and were wonderful. At another time Jose installed two tvs and was just as great.

The tech was amazing! Hooked everything up and shed me how to work it. Was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me very patiently.

Agent came to my home in a timely manner, was professional and informative. They checked my wifi router and found that the issue was my ISP. Three modens later, from Optimum, and over a month without home internet, we finally started recieving service again. They were very thorough.

This was not an in-home service. It was an online, service, with tech support from the Geek Squad. They were wonderful, reviewing my laptop remotely, and advising that I should get it tuned up every month. I certainly will, along with my desktop. Thank you, but please clarify on my next service.

Geek Squad was very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He took his time in explaining the installation and how it operates. Would highly recommend the in-home service for someone like me who does not have a technical background in computers.

Home Modem Set up was great. They came out and installed my set up and ensured everything was working fine. I love the geek squad as they are very knowledgeable.

Very simple to install yourself. My total tech membership covered having a geek squad team member install it but it was super simple. I'm still having issues with my internet connection dropping... So I am not sure if this is the fix I needed. I may decide to return it.

The agent was very knowledgeable about the product. The service call was for a modem install, when actually it was the router side of the dual product. He went over it anyway and we got all the equipment running smoothly. There were a couple tablets my wife had we didn't look at and seem to work periodically. Great service call.

Tech's Zach and Mark, arrived on time, and even with equipment challenges (some of the parts were missing), the installation was OUTSTANDING! I truly was impressed by their technical skill, customer service, friendly approach, and treated our home with respect like it was their own.

Great job, knew what to do, even called Comcast (which usually takes alot of patience)! When I call, I am usually on hold for quite a while. Bravo Geek Squad!!!
