Bought this home security device for my son. This has been very helpful to catch things on camera when he is not home or even when he is home and can’t get to the door. Good investment.

Vincent was thorough and very helpful. He gave us his phone number to call if we had any problems or questions. We called twice and he answered and was very helpful.

The team installed a security system and mounted a TV. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with the amount of time they spent explaining how to operate the system. The squad was in no hurry to leave my house until all of my questions were answered.

The Installer from Geek was great. He took the time to explain things as he installed the whole system. And he was vey careful and methodical in installing each device. And when I had questions he was took the time and patience to explain each question.

The initial set up is very easy. I chose to go with a professional installation because of the drilling I knew would have to be done for the camera installations. They did an awesome job

The tv installation was done properly but there seems to usually be some confusion between the different departments.

Installation was done very professionally. They communicated with me prior to coming and explained everything they were supposed to do. I was a little disappointed as they could not mount one of the equipment and I had to return it, but they are handicapped by policy

Today, installer who came in... I am satisfied. This guy did great job. I am just disappointed with the long wait to get schedule to success connect. I dislike the call system. It seems difficulty getting a scheduler to contact me and let me know they are coming.

Geek Squad service is outstanding. I have had them come out 3-4 times since we bought our new home and every time they have taken the time to make sure I understand all the features. And have gone above and beyond to make sure everything works exceptionally well.

note done never showed never called they are the worst since they change 3 years ago i will never recommend nor will i have the conference in there ability to serve there long term customers 2 month for a appointment and they have been here for the same problem 3 time with in the last 90 days now i wait almost 2 months for them to come back out ! rating !

Eric did an awesome job installing this system. However, The tape on the back of the door sensors were poor. I bought 3M double sided tape to fix this problem. Eric was very knowledgeable about this product making the install easy.

they let you know if there is any disturbance. batteries good for ions... you can put them anywhere

My first appointment was a third party subcontractor and a supervisor and new tech showed, they refused to install anything but what the main security system they brought and at the store they said they hold something but take the rest of the sensors and all would be installed. Well eventually when I told 3rd party to leave I'd take it all back the store Geek manager said it takes longer but a local employee would take care of it all and that service was 5 star.

Very happy with service with Geek made sure everything was right double checked everything make sure my Internet power was great

The Geek Squad team did a very good job. I have a 75 inch TV and they mounted it perfectly over my fireplace and enclosed the wires in the wall. This was my 5th install and all when on without a stitch

Agent is still coming back to complete the work (bad storm forced him to leave early, road getting impassable) but he is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Installers were quick and professional. It does sometimes take a while to get an appointment set up.
