Geek Crew member worked quickly and gave me complete confidence at what he was doing. It was a great relief not having to try to figure this out myself. I will probably have them back out again soon to make sure my new Starlink Wi-Fi is working correctly with my ring cameras, Sonos speakers, tv's, phones, printer and computer.

After a couple months of our Internet, not working outside and in various parts of our house we had the geek squad come in and give us a recommendation and install, and ever since our Internet has been working like a charm.

What a great job the tech did, very professional and knowledgable. He did a great job installing my new wifi service and made sure that all of it worked. I could never done this job on my own. Now that it has been a month since he did the work everything is still working smoothly.

The Geek Squad technician quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Many thanks On a sour note, it was such a difficult thing to make an appointment. There is no way to do it online nor by going into ther store. IT took WAY TOO MUCH EFFORT to find and secure an appointment

This particular Geek Squad agent was simply outstanding. We have been extremely happy with all agents, but this person was above and beyond. We had complex installation features as my wife has a cybersecurity business that has high security needs and issues. It required close interaction with our local cable provider's router. Because we required a second isolated and highly secure split service, the technical aspects were extremely involved and complicated. The tech solved them one at a time. In addition, we had an eeros system that was essential to our new home, the basement is very isolated. Since the visit, we can use WiFi calling throughout the house, internet on every computer in every room on all three floors with all bars lit. We were in big trouble with our cellphone provider, we unknowingly moved in to new house in a dead zone. Before the Geek's showed up, I was literally taking confidential phone calls in one spot in my driveway where I could get the right reception.

Mahreen was absolutely fantastic! After thoroughly understanding my needs over the phone, she swung by the nearest Best Buy store and grabbed multiple options for products to fix my issue which were reasonably priced. I was experiencing frequent bad connections from the upstairs level of my house because it was so far from the Verizon router on the main level. I bought a cheap no-name extender from another store and it worked some of the time and I had to remember to switch the wifi ssid manually every time I moved to different floors of the house. Mahreen encouraged me to make use of the eero6 router that was built into my Ring Protect Base Station and add a three pack of eero6 extenders she brought to create a mesh wifi network between the main level, the basement level, and the upper level. This also saved me from having to buy a whole new eero6 router! She was knowledgeable, patient through the interruptions from my work calls, and took time to explain to me how everything worked. She also helped me optimize the placement of the eero wifi extenders by running a speed test for each one. This was something that was stressing me out for months and I wish I had scheduled this earlier. Truly above and beyond and I can’t recommend this service enough.

The Geek squad has been to my house two or three times in the last few weeks and every interaction I’ve had with them has been excellent. I had my wifi extenders installed and mounted a new tv and everything went terrifically. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but they were all spectacular. There is one I won’t forget, though, and that’s Matthew. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He’s an excellent guy. I’m sorry to hear that the membership program is changing soon but I bought it a long time ago and kept it because of the quality of service offered by Geek Squad and Best Buy. It’s guys like Matthew that make me keep my membership.

Noel was awesome and did a great job setting up our new wifi router. He explained every thing and fixed the issue we were having. He even said he'd come out any time to assist if we needed it.

We have a very complex home network and entertainment set-up. We have always been pleased with courteous and correct service to fix things In our home that nobody else can figure out. Comcast messed us up, Geek Squad fixed things better quickly and did more than required to improve and explain. No up-selling. Just straight forward making Everything work right. Even if we didn’t buy it from BB.

The agent unpacked, installed, and set up our new Deco 3 gig home mesh wi-fi system. He explained how it works, located the best spots for the 3 units, and tested the system. he also helped us set up the AP on our cell phones, and it works, we are very happy with the install, and how powerful our house wi-fi system works now. our Apple and PC have increased their speed 2-3 fold. A no brainer purchase so far.

I bought a Netgear router at Best Buy and then had a Geek Squad rep install it. They arrived as scheduled. It took only a half hour to install and bring the computer and iPad up to date. Everything went well and both reps were very nice.

Dan did the installation of wi-fi, and wall mount for new TV and mounted the soundbar to TV. He was very professional and courteous. He explained how to operate everything and the total set-up of all the new equipment was done seemlessly. We are very pleased with all the work he did and would recommend his work.

From the time the gentlemen came to the door to the time they left they acted very polit and Professional. Explained the process and what I needed to do. Even though the issue could not be resolved on this visit they assisted in getting me on the right path.

I am very satisfied with the recent service. The gentleman were very patient, courteous and knowledgeable. We could not be more satisfied. He stayed and corrected all the issues and downloaded the aps on our pad and iphone. He came to our printer and printed out several pages for the devises. Norm was one of the very best.

Phenomenal Service. We had the Geek Squad install whole home wi-fi using a Eero Mesh system. The installers did an excellent job. They got everything set up very quickly, tested all the equipment, made adjustments to ensure everything was working as it should. They instructed us on how to use it and cleaned up all the boxes and wrapping and carted it off. Very professional, very polite, excellent job.

Very knowledgeable about what they do Dave spent a considerable amount of time in attempt to “fix” my internet/computer issues and at one point suggested it might be my router. By the time he left everything appeared to be working just fine but within 20 minutes the problems resurfaced. I went back to my internet provider and replace the modem. Problem dolved

I use to (try) to do all my electronic installations and most of the time I failed or was frustrated at the end. I finally gave in and used geek squad installation and was extremely impressed. They were on time and very professional. They answered all my silly questions and did a fantastic job. The rep went above and beyond there job description. He didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend using geek squad. Saves you a headache in the end. They set up my modem, tv, and remotes,

Hayk from Geek Squad came and installed my euro mesh router. He was knowledgeable efficient treated my house with respect and did a marvelous job installing it in all three areas. He even advised me on how to integrate it with Spectrum and help me on that, to increase my speed.I can’t say enough positive things about the job he did it was excellent. The Geek Squad contract is the best thing I ever purchased.

Both techs we were excellent and especially Sheldon who took time to answer questions in language we could understand. He was also very patient when we had to stop his work until we could look up a password he needed. Everything was setup to our satisfaction and done in a timeely manner.
