The Geek Squad kept in communication with me the day of installing my router. They arrived on time and demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Matt and Nicholas made certain that all of my devices were connecting with the new router. Nicholas installed the routers app on my phone and demonstrated the benefits of it as well. Matt worked with my iPad and television while Nicholas worked with my phone and printer. AWESOME JOB!!!

Derek from the Geek Squad came out to set-up my wife's new laptop, and the new wifi system for our house. He was very helpful and efficient. He also clearly understood that he was dealing with people who do not have the tech savvy of younger people who grew up with all of this stuff, and he explained everything clearly; which is something that many younger people can't seem to do without wandering into lingo that we older folks aren't familiar with. We were very pleased with the whole experience!

I can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad guys that installed our new mesh system. They were very professional, knowledgeable and through. They checked everything to be sure all the devices were working properly. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with the results.

I felt empowered to make educated choices. They were knowledgeable & answered my questions with ease.

The agent did an excellent job of installing my system. He figured out that I needed to turn off the Wi-Fi on my ISP supplied equipment. Everything works great.

First agent was under pressure from boss to be faster with clients, which is unfair, when you have so many items to connect. So, I went into the on-line scheduler (you can't even talk to a real person) and scheduled again as a call-back. Then I got an email stating I NEED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, (wuut?) which I ignored and followed the warning that I needed to PREP and confirm for my reschedule, which I did. The END RESULT was between the two Geeks....EVERYTHING works incredibly well. Even some videocams purchased elsewhere, which took only 5 minutes and I was literally doing the happy dance. Would recommend Geek Squad to most semi-techie people!

Did not want to go through hassle of installing new router. The 2 gentlemen from Geek squad were very professional, respectful, arrived on time, installed the new router and connected all of my devices. I would use this service again and highly recommend.

Q from Geek Squad came out to house and set up a new router system fir me. He solved a few glitches I was having. Very knowledge, efficient, and personalable. Was very through in asking me questions to ensure completeness.

The agent, Jon Langtry, did a great job of completely connecting my modem/router, PC, monitor, and printer. He explained the use of the items so that my wife and I received a thorough understanding of their usage. He didn't mind all the questions we had. He never acted as though we were taking up his time. He's a great representative for his employer.

Was very hesitant to have Geek squad come in and set up my Wi-Fi. Mainly because I believe I’m a very technical person, I could do it myself. But after trying and getting so frustrated with the Orbi system at first. I gave up. Heat squad came in it was in 45 minutes had everything up and running, and they also show me what I was doing wrong so I would know better next time. :-) Professional, love Brian and his team here in Jacksonville Florida. I had excellent service from the Geek Squad from the Yakima, WA Best Buy store. I hired the Geek Quad initially to install my new smart TV on the wall mount and set everything up and they did such a great job I set up another appointment to get help setting up a mesh router system. He helped me determine the best equipment to buy, installed it expertly and quickly, and even helped me deal with Starlink who provides my internt service.

The agent mounted and worked with me to ensure that all wires were invisible, and the units worked great. Tech explained how everything would work and what to do if we had a problem with equipment, over all very good experience.

I am always very satisfied when the Geek Squad comes to do an installation or repair at my home. They are always helpful, respectful and gets the job done in a timely manner and with little to no mess. They installed my new router quickly, tested it to make sure everything was working, and had everything up and running in no time. I will always be a member with the Geek Squad.
