    Transferring Hard Drive Windows 7 to Windows 10

    I took the towers for each computer into Best Buy/GeekSquad for the purpose to transfer hard drive information (especially the Stored Messages) . I cannot find those files now on the Windows 10. Had my granddaughter help me yesterday and she finally found them in the wrong place and because of this she could not open them. I cannot bring the machines back, at this time, because of the Coronavirus protocol and cannot ask a Geek Squad person come to the house. I just hope my Windows 7 doesn't shut down on me.     we were a bit rushed so some of the results are our fault not the GeekSquad. Some questions answered but not all of them. Learned some things about Power Point but not quite enough

    The "training" would be more effective about a month after purchase. At the time of purchase, you don't really know yet what you don't know and need help with.

    The Agent answered a lot of my questions with "yes and no". He could not help me with the services I needed. Could not copy e-mails over to new lap top. Could not complete my passport backup installation. He was very nice and respectful. He only stayed as hour and I had paid for 1 hour training and in addition to helping me set up some of my equipment. Because of past experience with the Geek Squad, I would recommend it to a friend.
