There are no words to describe the services I received from telephone and geek squad techs
I waited on phone for over 30 minutes and was finally disconnected while waiting for an appointment time the next conversation lasted over 50 minutes no one ever came to the phone and when the tech showed up he looked at my printer and read off what I read myself and without touching the printer told me the printer was broken all of this and I paid $100
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Nice printer but not sure to to use it. When the installation process took place the tech that came inside my house to unbox and set up product seems like he was in a rush. I was hoping for tutorial. I guess not

The Geek Squad has been a great service for a VERY non-technical person like me. My experiences have always been good. Your service person was at my home a few months ago when I had some problem with the wi-fi connection to a printer I had bought from Best Buy several years ago. Eventually that printer has issues that meant I would need a new printer which I bought from Staples (I do quite a bit with them). I had no idea how to set it up, but I went to your Westminster location and saw you had the same HP printer and asked if the Geek Squad could make a house call, which they did. The tech's communication was excellent regarding his arrival time and he did a great job and was in and out in less than an hour. Everything is working fine...which is the point. I intend to use the Geek Squad for Best Buy purchases as well as purchases of products similar to what you carry at your stores. It is a great service and I feel the price is worth knowing you have excellent people working with you. Go Geeks!!! Also, PLEASE DO NOT POST MY NAME ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA. I DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN FACEBOOK OR ANY SIMILAR PLATFORM. THANK YOU.

The efforts to make an appointment through the call center were ridiculous! I needed to call 3 times to reach someone who had a clue as to what they were doing, which ended up not being the case! First call I was on the phone for 45 minutes and was still spelling my name, address and state, I finally hung up! They scheduled a young man whose area of expertise was not the tech I needed. I must say, he was very good and made every effort to resolve the problem and apologizing for not being the person to help resolve the issue. He took care of the scheduling for another tech who was also very good. He did all he could and offered suggestions as to what I needed to do. The Techs, Excellent, the call center, forget about it! Recommend, only if you omit the call center!

Geek Squad - They do the job

The gentleman were prompt, courteous, well informed and tenacious. This was not an easy job but they pursued and won. The men were hooking up a new printer to a very old computer that had not been updated. Needless to say, the computer could not be made to recognize the new printer. Some how they met the challenge and completed the job in less than an hour.

The 2 gents worked hard and got the device working—this time for almost a month. It’s back to misbehaving already. Alas, your AI driven online customer “service” gives new meaning to useless, annoying and insanely frustrating!! So sorry no one outside the local staff gives a darn!

They did it all, I’ve gave one review guess do another?
Had to very nice young men come set up my printer the even advised me kind of printer to replace my old one which I got there to. The set it up snd explained to me the things I needed to know.
So all well with my printer does great for older ppl mot lot bells snd whistles which is fine.
They was quick and very smart guy I’ve had one many times for different problems and he is always on time.
Would trade Best Buy forvwny thing yhevcsn do it all. And explain so us dumdum understand.

Geek Squad in home installation services

New Dell laptop PC and HP Office Jet Pro 8125e series printer were purchased in early September, 2025, and the Geek Squad in home printer set up and troubleshooting services were performed on four different occasions due to issues involved in printing function, Finally on their fourth in home service visit, Ted Viahdi, Geek Squad in home agent, on October 15, 2025 am he reinstalled the necessary soft wear, and he was able to connect the printing function properly, and now is functioning in a perfect working order with the printing, scanning and copying tasks! Although due to ample volume of sample printing/copying tasks the available ink Cartledge was getting low, and had to purchase a new black ink($36.99) to be replaced soon. Overall, the Best Buy Geek Squad team handled the tasks diligently and provided satisfactory service effectively.

Brother printer set up was not plug and play by a long shot.
Necessary to get Geek Squad to set up, beyond getting it unboxed. Instructions left a lot to the imagination. Now it prints on wireless connection which is what I wanted. Geek Squad was on time, skilled and answered questions while getting printer to print. Excellent experience after figuring out help was needed that really was not expected at purchase.

We bought a new printer, but couldn't get it set up. Two men came in, who were very nice, had it set up for us in about 15 minutes. They made our day, between the set up and their personalities, it was great.

The Geek tech who came to my home fixed my printer issue and explained everything so I could understand it. How went above and beyond. So different from the Geek tech in the store who offered no help at all and pressured me to have an in home service.
