The Geek Squad are great. They are very professional and do a great job. Geek Squad members Jared and Rick have helped me a lot. They have set up my TV and have set up printers for me. Before they left they made sure I understood how to use the TV and printers and asked me if I had any questions before they left. They also said I can call them if I had more questions. They are awesome!! Thank you guys!

Kent was prompt, courteous, and worked carefully installing and wiring my "wireless" printer. His concern for doing it correctly was impressive since there has been a redesign which the instructions do not reflect. Printer works fine and I want Kent to be my Geek in future.
