The agents assessed the situation with my printer, made some changes in the settings and everything works like a charm! They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed that Andrew gave me a phone number should I have further issues.

Marvin did a great job connecting my laptop with my new printer. He had to download drivers and do some troubleshooting. But he got it done quickly and educated me on everything I needed to know. He didn’t leave until he knew it was good to go.

Agent was very nice but couldn’t get the printer to work properly. Said I needed a new computer as mine was five years old. Had to return to Best Buy the next day to find where to turn it on as it now has to be done manually. He turned off my WiFi as it was too weak. I don’t blame him but I’m worse off now with this printer than before. A waste of money.

I had a problem getting the “air print” feature to function and I couldn’t find an answer on HP’s on-line printer setup and help site and I couldn’t seem to open an HP account for an on-line assistant, I had the Geek Squad come to my home. The solved the problem in less than 5 minutes and showed me why I was unable to accomplish it (besides the fact that no written instructions were included in the box.). Since it took so little time, the updated my Apple TV box with newly purchased streaming services. The two techs couldn’t have been more capable or professional. They insisted on wearing foot covers upon entering the house. OUTSTANDING!! P.S. The Best Buy Salesman advised me how to save money on printer ink. A really great tip. That’s why I buy all my tech at Best Buy.

My printer was set up. The gentleman was very professional. He was also very nice.

The agent arrived at the time he notified he would. He understood the issues I was having in converting to Apple icons and process. He was patient in revisiting steps to accomplish specific tasks without my feeling a total dunce. His expertise was able to determine why I am unable to print, a wi-fi isssue 0f the provider. I am very pleased with his help and support.
